*Sleep. There is a random chance that you have a dream. One of those is a nightmare, ''this'' Nightmare. When you try to stop sleeping, you won't really wake up. You will find yourself trapped in a strange room in the realms of dream instead.

*Find your way out. <spoiler>You can only leave if you enter a niche to the north and press the button there. In this niche you cannot turn around, go backwards instead as soon as you can. When leaving the niche you are teleported to a square shaped room. After that, you will be rapidly teleported around through a series of 15 identically shaped rooms.</spoiler>
*You are attacked by a Feyr here. <spoiler>This is an immaterial being, thus only vulnerable to few attacks, such as with Vorpal Blades, the Branch of Fear and Courage, and the [[Conflux/Spells|spell]] <runes>ZO EW</runes>.</spoiler>
*You can find a Vorpal Blade in an alcove in one of the rooms. <spoiler>This is the only normal weapon capable of injuring immaterial monsters.</spoiler>
